If you apply to renew your passport online using regular service, the pick-up time regardless of PICA office location is seven (7) business days. Please note that you can only pick-up at the PICA office selected at the time of completing your online application. The operational times for the various PICA locations are as follows:
Kingston Head Office (25C Constant Spring Road): Mondays - Thursdays (6:30 am - 3:30 pm), Fridays (7:30 am - 2:30 pm).
Montego Bay (Fairview Shopping Center): Mondays - Thursdays (8:30 am - 3:30 pm), Fridays (8:30 am - 2:30 pm).
Mandeville (Hargreaves Avenue): Mondays - Thursdays (8:30 am - 3:30 pm), Fridays (8:30 am - 2:30 pm).
May Pen (Tax Office): Mondays - Thursdays (8:30 am - 3:30 pm), Fridays (8:30 am - 2:30 pm).
ST Ann’s Bay (Post Office): Mondays - Thursdays (8:30 am - 3:30 pm), Fridays (8:30 am - 2:30 pm).
