Yes. You will need to make this request at the time the application is being submitted to PICA. If the request is being made after submitting your application, you will need to send an email to request the passport to the picked up at a different location. The email should be sent to support@picahelpeu.freshdesk.com. Please be reminded that the request can only be facilitated if the passport has not already been dispatched to the original location.
