Only an applicant located in Jamaica may have a relative collect a completed passport on their behalf. The applicant is required to provide written permission, receipt, and government issued identifications for the applicant and for the bearer. The name on the bearers identification must match the name stated in the letter. Online applications require in-person collection; where you are not able to collect your completed passport, then you should select the delivery option at the time of application.
