Applicants submitting applications to PICA's Constant Spring Road location have the option to make payment at the cashier to have their passports delivered by DHL courier. All other applicants may either visit or have a representative visit a local courier service and make payment to have the passport delivered directly. The waybill and receipt should then be delivered to the closest PICA office or scanned and submitted via email to passportdmu@pica.gov.jm.
