Is it necessary to take my child to the passport office?

All children over the age of three (3) years must make an appearance at a PICA Office whether first time applicant or renewal. If you reside in the rural areas, you may visit the nearest PICA Regional Office with the child, where the Officer will examine the applications, which will then be enclosed in an envelope which will then be sealed. You should not open the envelope. The application should then be submitted to the Passport Office located at 25 Constant Spring Road for processing.
