Yes. All adults submitting a passport application for the first-time, as well as minor 17-years old and under (submitting a new or renewal application) need to make a personal appearance when submitting their application. Applicants can make personal appearance at either of our PICA offices in Jamaica or at any of our High Commission or Consulate offices overseas.
