Email Confirmation for the Online Passenger Declaration Form was not Received

Thank you for contacting the Passport, Immigration & Citizenship Agency (PICA).


An email confirmation would usually be sent as soon as the Online Passenger Declaration form is completed and the applicant selects the submit button. If you have not received the email confirmation within 10-minutes, you may check to see whether the email was sent to spam in error. If email is still not received, you will need to redo the application.
