            Should I Complete Online Passenger Declaration Form for a Minor?

            Thank you for contacting the Passport, Immigration & Citizenship Agency (PICA).


            All passengers entering the country must complete a separate Online Passenger Declaration Form. Visit enterjamaica.gov.jm to complete and submit the online C5 form.
