If you received an error message when you submitted the Online Passenger Declaration Form, it is usually an indication that the information may not be consistent. You are encouraged to redo the application and check all information for accuracy before submitting.


Please also ensure you are using the correct website enterjamaica.gov.jm. This website does not charge a fee to complete the Passenger Declaration Form.
